This is a listing of stones and crystals I have discovered on my journey of self-discovery. They each have their own unique Energy, which I have experienced as I have handled them. I have included most of these in my handmade jewelry. Some of these are totally new to me (ie- for letters “V” and “Y”), since I did not know what to put for those letters. And in my quest, I couldn’t find one for “X” — so I added a little notation for “X-Ray Protection” (or something like that) along with the stone that is geared towards it.
I have made a quick listing just below this paragraph, as these are the 26 “A-Z” Stones & Crystals I have chosen for this article. It was tough, choosing only these 26, and only one for each letter! Have Fun — and enjoy the discovery!

Iolite (Water Sapphire)

Jet

Kyanite
- Energy/Healing: promote mobility both physical & spiritual, tranquility, attunement & meditation, wisdom, changes/transitions

Prehnite
- Energy/Healing: Inner peace, union of heart and will, stone of prediction, calms hyperactive children, self-esteem, prophesy/intuition
- Colour: pale green/yellow green
- Chakras: Heart, Crown, Third Eye/Brow, Solar Plexus
- Element: Earth
- Zodiac/Birthstone: Virgo
- Energy/Healing: a premier grounding, cleansing, protection stone. *Note: since this stone uses itself to cleanse and draw negativity from you, it is best to energetically cleanse it regularly via smudging with Sage or Incense.
- Colour: pale brown to chocolate brown/transparent
- Chakras: Root
- Element: Earth
- Zodiac/Birthstone: Capricorn
Rose Quartz
- Energy/Healing: compassion, love, friendship, healing gaps in relations, emotional healing
- Colour: pale pink
- Chakras: Heart
- Element: Water
- Zodiac/Birthstone: Taurus
- Energy/Healing: protection, balance, cell regeneration, boost energy, normalizes sleep, raises vibration. Also claims to purify water. **This stone should also be routinely cleansed by having it sit in the sun to recharge.

Vesuvianite
- Energy/Healing: inner peace, love & compassion, alignment of physical & Spiritual, simplicity, clarity, emotional healing

X-Ray/EMF Protection (Stone) – Pyrite
Since I couldn’t find a stone or crystal beginning in “X”, I decided to list one that gives protection from something starting in “X” instead! So this stone is:

- Colour: dark brown/charcoal black with spots that glow orange/yellow under UV light

Zoisite (with Ruby inclusions)
- Energy/Healing: acceptance of one’s own sexuality, awakening true self, healing
- Colour: green with dark pink/red
